Giving Tree
The traditional giving tree has been set up in the church, near the Sacred Heart altar. This is an excellent way for parishioners to show practical concern for the underprivileged. Christmas is always a difficult time for those who are out of work and unable to provide for their families. As you shop for your own family Christmas why not put aside something for others, especially children, or even a special family gift. The gifts you leave under the tree will be distributed to the needy by Monte Cecilia Housing Trust. Please take a card and give generously again this year.
Sunday Socials
Everyone is cordially invited after Mass, especially fathers! Held at the Parish Crypt / Centre. We look forward to seeing you there.

Seminar : Loss, Suffering & Death
OVERVIEW
Where do suffering and death come from? What does suffering and death mean for the human person? Is it simply just part of life, or is it something else?
Life can be challenging and unpredictable, and often at times we least expect. We will all experience profound grief with the loss of loved ones. However, grief and trauma also encompass other significant losses in life, including physical and mental health capacity, diagnosis of a life-limiting illness, relationship challenges, financial hardships, struggles with or loss of employment, loneliness, the ageing process, or any significant disappointments and life-changing events.
